Nice hotel but not to the 5 stars standard
The location is very good, easily to walk to anywhere in the center. The concept of the resort is very nice with a lot of activities. Josue, a young guy who works hard and organise all the activities is the best of the best. Nice swimming pool and beach bar. The vibe is great with all cute animals at the resort.
I find it's far from other 5 stars hotels or maybe this is already a high standard for Mexico. but the room is not maintained, especially the bathroom where the water pressure is very low, faucet is old and rusty. We booked the all inclusive package and got charged for 15 USD/person/day even for a 5 years old child for a daily service. That's fine but we got an impression that we need to give additional tips to the staff and they expect this from us. We needed to sign every bills we ate even at a buffet with a tip section. Why? When we booked, we got told that no additional tips are necessary. There is something not correct with the management here. We stayed there for a week and the staffs were initially nice to us, but as we did not give out tips for every meals we were there, we got ignored and they would rather go and serve non inclusive guests who would definitely give them tips (because they were not charged the service charge as all inclusive). Where is the logic here. Where did the service charge money go? Not to the staff? I wish they omit the service charge and we can tip the staff directly according how good he or she works. The mini bar was not refilled daily and we needed to request daily to be refilled. The resort is good, but this all inclusive concept needs to be improved.

Very Good
Location on the beach, availability of hammocks and small private pool was great
During the night the ocean is very loud and you need earplugs to have a good night rest. Also the two complementary water bottles are nice, but too limited. Would appreciate an filtered water bottle filling station somewhere on the resort
